Jeff McCord

Executive Director

Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator

Rev. Jeff McCord serves as the Executive Director of Restoring Peace. He has served as a certified Christian Conciliator through Peacemaker Ministries since 2010. As a pastor of 20 years, Jeff brings both pastoral care and organizational leadership to the work of Restoring Peace Ministries.

Chris O'Cull

Director of Strategic Planning

Chris O'Cull serves as an Equity Research Analyst with KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. Chris will contribute to Restoring Peace Ministries helping the board with direction with regard to strategic planning.

Robert Lewis

Director of Programs, Secretary

Robert Lewis, PMP, serves as an IT Project Manager for Bedroc, Inc. Robert's role on the board of directors is to provide consultation for program development and process improvement.

 

Kyle Turner

Director of Counseling and Co-Conciliator

Kyle Tuner, LPC MHSP, is a licensed private practice therapist. Kyle will serve in mediation cases for Restoring Peace Ministries as a consultant. He will also serve as co-conciliator in some cases.

Seth Buntin

Director of Communications

Seth Buntin serves as an Engineering Manager at Emma, Inc. Seth provides technical expertise to all digital communications of Restoring Peace Ministries.

David Churchill

Director of Training

Dr. David Churchill serves as the Vice President of Talent, Leadership and Culture at the Corrections Corporation of America. As a veteran in talent development, succession planning, and development of a corporate university, Dr. Churchill will assist Restoring Peace Ministries through the development of coaching and training materials for individuals and organizations.

Tom Bates

Director of Finance, Treasurer

Tom Bates, CPA ABV CVA, has served as a Certified Public Accountant for over 40 years. He is currently a partner at Blankenship CPA Group, PLLC. His role on the Restoring Peace Board of Directors is to provide counsel for all issues relating to finances.
